After the acquisition of X-Seed in 2017, Chuck began working with DLF as the brand manager for X-Seed and quickly moved to the position of National Sales Manager for all of DLF’s retail brands.
Chuck has been heavily involved in the increased presence and growth of DLF in the North American retail space, as well as spearheading creative new innovative products to meet the demands of today’s consumers.
Chuck has taken on responsibilities beyond his role, helping other departments such as procurement, licensing, and marketing. Considering the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, his focus on the success of the team alongside other intangibles has made Chuck’s promotion to Vice President of Retail an easy decision.
